Zhejiang Ouhua Chemical Import & Export Co., Ltd., as the core enterprise of the Group, was established in 2000 and operates 109 kinds of chemical products, with imports & exports of more than 700,000 tons of bulk chemical products annually. Through its offices in East China, South China, Southwest China, North China, Northeast China, Hong Kong and other Chinese regions, the company has established long-term supply or agency business relationship with dozens of leading enterprises outside of the Chinese mainland such as Dow Chemical, Hanwha, Lotte, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Lucite International, Arkema S.A., Petroliam Nasional Berhad and Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, as well as dozens of large companies within the Chinese mainland including PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company, PetroChina Quzhou Petrochemical Company, SOPO in Zhenjiang, and Hanwha Chemical (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.
Taizhou Ouhua Medical and Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd., a company of Ouhua Holding Group, operates the only dangerous chemical terminal in Taizhou City, which can dock 2,000 tons of ships, with a liquefied storage capacity of more than 20,000 cubic meters, a 5,000-square-meter warehouse for storing various barreled, bagged and other finished chemical products.
The Group has engaged in multiple industries, mainly involving the manufacturing of pharmaceutical chemicals, high-tech eco-friendly fully biodegradable plastics, advanced plastic products, and stainless steel products. Among them, Taizhou Biaoxin Aluminum Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. covers an area of 63 mu (ca. 4.2 hectares), with a modern industrial plant of approximately 50,000m2.
The financing division of the Group is on the track to create a new business pattern of Ouhua by carrying out multi-mode investment cooperation in finance and related industries.
